Refund & cancellation policy

Founding Member refund (before general availability)

verapli is in early access. If you subscribe as a Founding Member, then at any time before general availability you can ask for a full refund of every payment you’ve made — no questions asked, whether you’re a business or a consumer.

• Email support@verapli.com from the address you subscribed with, or reply to any receipt.
• We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your request and cancel the subscription.
• Your bank may take a further 5–10 working days to show the refund.

“General availability” is the day the verapli extension is publicly listed and anyone can install it and complete a guided setup without an invitation. We’ll email Founding Members before that day.

Your 14-day cooling-off right (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK, you can cancel a new subscription within 14 days of buying it and get your money back, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Before general availability the Founding Member refund already covers this in full. After general availability, if you ask us to start your paid features straight away and then cancel within the 14 days, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the service provided up to the point you cancelled.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from your account: Your account → Manage billing. Or email us.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep paid features until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
• Cancelling or downgrading never touches your local data, keys or .env files. Only paid features lock.
• If you cancel a Founding subscription and come back later, the founding price no longer applies.

After general availability

• Renewals are not refunded for partly used periods, except where the law requires it or where these terms promise otherwise.
• If something doesn’t work as described, tell us. Consumers have legal rights to a repair, replacement or refund for digital content and services that are faulty or not as described.

Project Pass

Project Passes go on sale at public launch. We’ll publish their refund terms here before then.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
